VILLA SERENA

Located at the traditional village of Kato Korakiana, on the east part of Corfu island, Villa Serena will be the ideal place for relaxing holidays.
Split in two levels, the 260 sqm 5-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, offering them tranquility, privacy and precious moments during their stay.
Outdoor spaces with a private pool, elegant furniture and stylish decoration with fine details will contribute to a memorable Greek summer experience.

The ground floor consists of two spacious living rooms, accompanied by the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with cooking appliances and kitchenware needed for meal preparation. A smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker are provided in the living room. On the same floor, there are also a double bedroom (with en suite bathroom) and a WC. 

On the upper floor, three doubles and one twin bedroom are placed. All with en suite bathrooms and access to balconies with view towards the mountain and the pool.

Every bedroom has a wardrobe, a safe deposit box and a Smart TV. 

All double beds are queen size (1.60m x 2.00m).
Single beds’ size is 0.90m x 2.00m. They can be set up as a double, upon request.

Bed linens, bath and hand towels are provided. 

Each bathroom is equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. 

The outdoor area, surrounded by the magic of Greek landscape, is consisted of BBQ facilities, furniture of 8 sunbeds, 2 poufs, 2 umbrellas, coffee and dining tables and a solar shower.
